*Duties of the Board Of Trustees:
The Board Of Trustees shall enjoy the following duties &authorities:
1. Drawing and Supervision the general policy of the university based on the university's president recommendations.
2. Ratifying the university Project's annual development plan presented by the president.
3. Coordinating Nd reinforcing the scientific educational, traning and consultative activities of the faculties and technical departments with the private and public sectors.
4. Setting the bases for education quality control in the university with the help of expert regional & international bodies.
5. Encouraging scientific research in the university & its affiliated colleges in cooperation with the public of private sector & internal bodies.
6. Setting university fees based on recommendations from the university council and the Deans? council.
7. Supporting & Organizing university finances ,revenues & investments.
8. Accepting grants & scholarships provided that they are of Jordanian origin & in amounts of JD 500,000 or less.
9. Approving the university budget &presenting it to the Board for ratification.
10. Attending together affairs presented by the chairman of the Board Of Trustees which don't infring on the jurisdiction of any other parties stipulation in this law or any other legislation
