* Duties Of The Deans' Council
  The Deans' Council shall be responsible for:
  1. Recommending the establishment & merging or canceling faculties,  
     departments, programmes and academic specializations in accordance
     with the stipulations of this law.
  2. Appointing ,Promoting , Designating into permanents employment,  
     transferring from category to category, sending on scholarship
     permitting sabbatical leaves giving leaves of absences, accepting
     resignations and ending services of academic faculty members.
  3. Evaluating academic faculty members performing, academic  
     activities,teaching methods & scientific research progress.
  4. Sending faculty members such as lecturies , instructors ,research 
     assistants & technicians in scientific scholarships & assignments in 
     accordance with the scholarship laws & regulations.
  5. Examining & issuing decisions concerning the faculty
     councils ,institutes and centers .
  6. Evaluating the university academic performance & scientific progress.
  7. Awarding scientific and honorary degrees.
  8. Establishing Professorships.
  9. Recommending the annual acceptance of students & presenting it 
      before the council.
 10. Recommending the amount of fees pertaining to the university & its
      affliated colleges & presenting it before the Board Of Trustees.
 11. Drawing the regulations required to implement the laws relatedto 
      academic work in the university.
 12. Looking into all affairs related to academic work in the university
      presented by the university president.
