The section is assigned the following tasks:

1.  Documenting the different developed systems, including all the required procedures with a software engineering methodology.

2.  Preparing the user manuals for the university automated systems.

3.  To provide the technical support for the automated systems in all the university parties, this includes, providing the latest updates for the automated systems with coordination with the other sections.

4.  Responsible of any data entry needed for implementing the automated systems.
