Dear Colleagues, 

We are excited to announce the opening of the Erasmus+ Call KA171 for incoming staff at the University of Cádiz/ Spain, this call presents a wonderful opportunity for Training and Teaching activities for BAU staff during the upcoming academic year 24/25.

Interested staff should consider the following:

1. Consulting the list of activities offered by UCA. In the “Description” section, you can find information about the characteristics of the activity to be developed during the stay. The candidate should check that their experience and profile fit the requirements of the activity.

 2. Contact the coordinator of the activity of their interest, sending an email to the address listed in the “Contact” column, attaching their CV.

 3. In case of receiving a favorable response, the candidate should send the activity coordinator their Mobility Agreement for processing their signature. 

Once the MA is signed by the host university, it must be submitted with the application document to CIRU

Important notes:

- Please bear in mind that a signed MA does not mean that you have a grant approved. For your exchange to be approved, you will have to be on the list of selected applications published by the University of Cadiz at the end of the process and receive a registration link.

- The number of places available is limited, provisional, and considered on a regional basis, and not pre-assigned to any partner University. 

- Not all the nominations put forward by the partner universities will be selected. In any case, the final selection will be done following the order of the nomination list by the UCA’s and accordingly to the number of places available.

Once all steps have been followed, you can submit your application here to CIRU for nomination purposes by November 15, 2024. On:  https://forms.office.com/r/CAvyLSp7FS

CIRU will submit the nominations to the University of Cádiz, and it will make the final selection.
