Welcome to the College of Agriculture Technology at Al-Balqa Applied University. The college continued its development over the years to keep pace with Jordan’s fluctuating needs to focus on protecting natural and environmental resources in order to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development. The college includes four academic departments: Plant Production and Protection, Water Resources Management and Environment, Biotechnology, and Nutrition and Food Processing. The programs offered by these departments help students achieve their academic and professional goals and prepare them for many career opportunities. The college’s faculty members work hard to meet students’ aspirations and help them achieve their future career goals. A large percentage of the faculty members conduct scientific research projects that either receive internal fund from the university or external fund from local or international. Read More

Our programs are designed to provide a robust technical foundation, focusing on the practical aspects of agricultural engineering to produce highly skilled professionals in the field We place a strong emphasis on developing our students’ capabilities through continuous education and hands-on training, ensuring they are well-equipped to adapt to the ever-evolving demands of the labor market. The faculty is committed to enhancing students’ proficiency in utilizing scientific research tools and accessing up-to-date information. By using modern technologies, we aim to elevate students’ scientific knowledge and align with international standards and practices. Our goal is to empower students to excel in their fields and contribute effectively to advancements in agricultural technology.
