In 2000, it transitioned to a university college following a Royal Decree issued in 1996 that established Al-Balqa Applied University, which now oversees all community colleges across the kingdom. Princess Alia University College is dedicated to upholding high education and training standards. It is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to stay at the forefront of educational advancements and ensure the quality of its programs.
