Based on the principle that sound management is the basis of success, the department vision is aspired to contribute in training and developing business leaders who enjoy professional skills, knowledge, and responsibility in order to build sustainable value for them as individuals and for the Jordanian society in general. Therefore, we develop the program of business management in its different diploma, B.A, M.A, levels and we focus on the human dimension and human skills as a basic pillar for our academic curricula. The program offers distinguished academic services for students on the B.A. level depending on the competence to keep pace with the latest global developments. The program offers qualified cadres who present marketing services to fulfil the needs of the national and local markets.

The department seeks to offer specialized and qualified cadres who have knowledge, applied skills, and latest updates in the field of business management to support governmental and non- governmental institutions. The department qualifies its students with the theoretical knowledge and applied skills in the field of business management by the focus on the topics of the analysis of general policies, human resources development, decision making, keeping pace with changes and developments locally and globally. This, in turns, gives the undergraduates the opportunities for various jobs in light on the present international situations.
