Formerly known as the Faculty of Applied Sciences, our faculty stands as a pioneering institution in Jordan’s educational landscape. Originally among the first in the kingdom to offer a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, the faculty has evolved significantly over the years. Following strategic changes in 2004 and 2011, the faculty now focuses exclusively on Information and Communication Technology. We offer a comprehensive array of world-class programs, including Computer Science, Computer Graphics and Animation, Computer Information Systems, and Software Engineering. Our commitment to excellence drives us to continually align with the goals set by Al-Balqa Applied University (BAU). We are dedicated to providing transformative education and ensuring that our students’ academic journey is both impactful and memorable. We actively pursue local and international accreditations and collaborate with industry stakeholders to enhance our curriculum and offerings, ensuring our graduates maintain a competitive edge in the global job market.
