Interdisciplinary Research Groups

Al-Balqa Applied University (BAU) provides administrative support for interdisciplinary research (IR) teams through the Deanship of Scientific Research and Innovation such as the International Projects Department and the Funded Projects and Research Groups Department, both responsible for administrative follow-up and logistical support for research projects, including interdisciplinary initiatives.
In addition to that the project management assistance BAU offers administrative and logistical support for internationally funded and university-hosted research projects.
BAU also fosters collaborative research by forming interdisciplinary research groups, including teams composed of experts from diverse scientific disciplines. The following are examples of publications published by 1st research groups:
  1. Impact of various combinations of phytohormones on the in vitro cultivation of Ammi visnaga (L.) Lam microshoots and calli | Plant Cell, Tissue and Organ Culture (PCTOC)
  2. Development of the sensitivity of nanostructured platinum electrodes by effect modified by adatoms (As, Sb, Pb and Sn) for electrocatalytic properties | Journal of the Iranian Chemical Society
