Scientific Research and Projects

The deanship for research offers financial support for researches from within the university. The deanship for research also supervises the financial sipport offered by external parties to make sure that these projects are running smoothly. The external financial support and grants are obtained mainly by the researcher’s personal effort. Applying to internally sponsored projects is done through applying online. Conferences

The deanship for research offers financial support for researches from within the university to attend international refereed conferences. Researchers can apply online for financial support for conferences by choosing a suitable conference that corresponds with their research area and making sure that his conference publishes conference proceedings for the accepted papers. The application form is available online from the forms section on the website of deanship of research.

Grants and Scholarships

Grants and scholarships are announced based on the need and availability. Forms are sent to academic departments; these will be compared and judged based on a number of chosen criteria. The forms will then be sent to scientific scholarship committee and the candidates are interviewed and then approved. The candidate should obtain a proof of English language proficiency (TOEFL ) and an acceptance letter from a reputable university listed in the first 200 ranks according to the financial Times higher education ranking.
