Public Fund and Income Section

    Collecting the university income in JOD or foreign currency as follows :
    1. Fees, which form the university, faculties, and colleges main source of income
    2. Collecting money through the Tenders Section obtained from let and tender fees
    3. Receiving money obtained from accommodation fees, courses, cafeteria, restaurants, cards, etc.
    4. Receiving money from accured accounts.
  • Organizing subsidiary and receipt vouchers, and gross receipts, and directing accounts according to university enforced financial rules and terms specified in the budget
  • Tracking students’ financial statements including collecting fees, canceling registration, and financial obligations discharge certificates for alumni, withdrawing, or dismissed students.
  • Preparing financial claims for scholarship bodies, coordination with The Unit of Admission and Registration to send notifications to the bodies, and following through with faculties and colleges to send financial claims in due time.
  • Preparing reports on receipts on regular basis.
