Director's Massage

Inspired by the late King Hussein bin Talal's –may God have mercy him- saying, “The human being is our most precious asset,” and following His Majesty King Abdullah II’s directives to prioritize citizens' health and safety, health insurance is one of the university’s most important services. It is dedicated to supporting academic and administrative staff and students by facilitating access to health services.
The Health Insurance Unit is proud to fulfill this mission for all parties—employees, their families, and students—through effective communication with contracted medical entities. We have developed electronic portals and interactive pages on the university website to track feedback and suggestions, translating them into practical improvements in accordance with quality assurance standards.
The unit is also working to expand its medical network through partnerships with top healthcare providers, continuing the university’s mission of social responsibility and enhancing service accessibility in a timely and high-quality manner.
We wish all beneficiaries within the approved medical network of Al-Balqa Applied University abundant health and wellness.
May God grant us success.

Every effort we make today is an investment in a healthier, brighter, and more sustainable future.
We move forward with confidence, driven by our passion for serving beneficiaries, our determination to achieve excellence, and our belief that active teams and skilled human capital are the foundation of every achievement.
Let us continue together on this path of development and be part of the change we create. Let us write new chapters of success and paint a brighter future for health insurance, marked by quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
And let us always remember: It’s not enough to merely be alive—we must live with hope and optimism. Success is a journey, not a destination. Let us keep striving and working hard. Never give up when facing challenges. Every effort we make today is an investment in tomorrow. We are capable of achieving the impossible.
Believe in yourselves and your abilities. Keep learning and growing. The future holds many opportunities—don’t let them pass you by. And always remember: no one can extinguish your light as long as you believe in it within yourself.
