As part of the endeavor to motivate and serve the university’s academic and administrative staff and raise the levels of providing medical services of outstanding quality, paying attention to the services provided to them constitutes an important base and a basic support of the work of this unit to raise the level of performance of the employees and develop their achievements, which reflects positively on the reputation and the status of the university locally and globally.
The Health Insurance Unit was established in 2017 under Health Insurance Regulation No. (176) of the year (2003) with the aim of implementing health insurance systems and instructions to facilitate receiving health care through a new comprehensive, distinct and continuous vision of high quality and reliability inside and outside the university campus in cooperation and continuous and constructive communication with our partners are within a chain of a medical network that covers the various governorates of the Kingdom in conjunction with providing services to our students on campus and providing curative and preventive services through the university clinic. Which has been provided with distinguished medical personnel, medical equipment, modern medical supplies and necessary medicines in the university pharmacy, and an ambulance for the transfer of emergency cases, in accordance with the latest regulations in Jordanian and International universities. Where the number of subscribers exceeded 16,000 subscribers and beneficiaries, and more than 60,000 students, we offer them this service in the university center and its affiliated colleges.
