The center seeks to achieve the following objectives:

1. Contributing to achieving the university’s mission, goals and main objectives.
2. Contributing to improving the university’s administrative and academic performance, through supportive organizational development to achieve quality.
3. Promoting the culture of quality among university employees, consolidating concepts of development and modernization, assisting colleges in establishing quality systems and providing them with the required instructions and procedures.
4. Upgrading the quality of university education by improving the quality of the educational learning process outputs to keep pace with developments in line with the needs of the labor market.
5. Identifying the obstacles and try to solve them and address the difficulties facing change, development and modernization.
6. Applying quality and approval evaluation programs on the colleges and the programs that they offer.
7. Founding a data base that includes all types of academic and managerial elements in both paper and electronic shapes.
8. Developing evaluation systems and procedures for the performance of faculty members, to raise their competence in different fields (developing the skills related to teaching, research, evaluation methods, the use of information technologies, and communication and interaction skills).
9. Preparing different studies that can contribute to the development of the universities’ work.
10. Building the human capabilities and preparing them for the planning, development, and quality fields.
11. Outlining the good applications that are applied on the inside and globally, and applying them to different academic managerial levels.
12. Progressing and upgrading the procedures and applications to the ideal global levels.
13. Applying the guides, instructions and procedures that are required to insure universal work continuity in all university collages in the quality field, by periodically reviewing the quality systems, and making sure they are up to date with the requirements of the labour market.
