Center Director's duties

  • Participating in defining the strategic goals of the university in general and the Centre for Development and Quality Assurance in particular
  • Directing and supervising the preparation and updating of operational action plans at the university level in coordination with the concerned administrative units.
  • • Supervising the development of the draft strategic plan for the university, following it up and measuring its results.
  • Contributing to preparing reports of institutional performance evaluation and actual achievement at the university level, in coordination with the various administrative units.
  • Directing the preparation of studies related to the development of university services and procedures, proposing amendments related to organizational structures, and describing the tasks of administrative units and departments and others.
  • Instructing the development of a quality management system at the university and its affiliated colleges and following up its implementation.
  • Guidance to study, document and simplify university operations and procedures, in coordination with the concerned authorities.
  • Placement of the centres’ annual draft budget.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned to it by the direct administrator within the centres’ field of work.
