Welcome Note

The Presidency Diwan was established when the university was founded in 1997. It is responsible for handling official correspondence for the President of the University and the Vice Presidents, as well as processing transactions according to established procedures. The Diwan serves as the central hub and primary channel connecting all university faculties, units, and departments. In 2002, the Diwan was restructured into a full department and implemented an electronic computing and archiving system, with computers utilized for all departmental tasks.

Our Mission

The mission of the Presidency Diwan is to receive, follow up on, and deliver incoming mail to the university, whether regular or registered. We present the mail to the President of the University and the Vice Presidents with appropriate annotations and are responsible for drafting official correspondence.
