Al-Balqa Applied University was established as a public university with a focus on applied education. It oversees all private, government, military, and UNRWA university colleges at the academic, pedagogical, and technical levels. The university confers degrees (credit hours system) in a variety of fields recognized by the Jordanian Council for Higher Education, the Association of Arab Institutions, international universities, and all local and worldwide academic organizations, including:
