Students may participate in mobility programs provided that the total duration does not exceed 12 months. The acquisition of a mobility grant for an internship does not exclude the acceptance of a mobility grant for study. Currently, however, BAU only has student study mobilities.
In exchange for the courses that the student must take at the higher education institution in Jordan, the equivalent courses in the institution to which the student will go are determined, and the recognition of the courses taken is enrolled and secured by the Learning Agreement signed between the student, the student's home institution, and the hosting institution. It is not required that course titles and contents be fully identical; but recognition will be incumbent on university regulations.
Al-Balqa Applied University Application Requirement:
The student must be enrolled full-time in a higher education program.
The student's grade point average (GPA) must be at least 2.5/4.0 for BA students and at least 3.0/4.0 for master's students. Learning mobility requires a sufficient number of ECTS credit hours. (According to the European Commission's ECTS Guide, 30 ECTS credits are required for a semester and 60 for an academic year).
