The Central Supplies Department at Al-Balqa Applied University is responsible for providing the university’s faculties and units with the necessary materials and supplies to support both academic and administrative operations. Its main tasks include purchasing supplies in accordance with regulations and procedures, organizing warehouses and managing inventory, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, in addition to following up on tenders and auditing invoices and contracts.
The department also strives to optimize spending and ensure transparency in procurement and supply processes through the automation and documentation of procedures in computerized systems, contributing to enhanced efficiency and improved university services.
