Welcome Message
In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate, It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the official page of the Career Development Center for Central Region Colleges at Al-Balqa Applied University – a dynamic gateway that bridges the gap between academia and the job market, and a strategic pillar in supporting our students and graduates toward a bright and successful career.
The Career Development Center was established by a resolution of the Board of Trustees in 2024, based on the cooperation agreement signed between the university and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). The center aims to provide a comprehensive framework of career counseling, professional development, and industry engagement to ensure our students and graduates are fully equipped to meet the evolving demands of the labor market.
The center operates through a modern institutional structure composed of three integrated divisions: Professional Development, Industry Linkage, and Administrative and Technical Support. These divisions are led by a qualified and dedicated team that is fully committed to the center's mission and to delivering high-quality services with professionalism and excellence.
At the Career Development Center, we strive to foster a culture of continuous improvement by launching pioneering initiatives such as embedding digital employability skills into academic courses, organizing career fairs, and delivering specialized training programs. These efforts directly contribute to strengthening our students’ capabilities and expanding their career horizons.
We believe that every student carries within them a story of success waiting to be written, and every graduate deserves the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of society. As such, we remain fully committed to the university’s policies and regulations and to upholding the strategic objectives of Al-Balqa Applied University in achieving academic and community excellence.
We invite all students to actively engage with the center’s programs and services. Together, through thoughtful planning and collective effort, we can pave the way to fulfilling careers and professional distinction.
