Welcome to
national training of trainers institute
Upon the directives of King AbdAllah II and the recommendation of the Economic Consultative Council to activate and upgrade the performance of vocational and technical training institutions across the kingdom, the construction of the National Institute for Training started in August / 2000 under the umbrella of Balqa' Applied University.
The construction came as a response to the need for a nationally specialized institute that acts as an official reference for trainers training, in general, and for public and private sectors technical and vocational trainers training, in particular. An action task force was formed of all bodies concerned in vocational and technical training and education.
The institute is sponsored through economic transformation projects overseen by the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation in Jordan as well as the sponsorship of the European Union Commission/ Euro-Jordanian Action for the Development of Enterprise (EJADA).
A Welcome from the Director
Upon the directives of King AbdAllah II, the institute was established in 2000 as a specialized institute under the umbrella of Balqa' Applied University. The institute hopes to play a role in developing competencies through elevating the performance of trainers and qualifying new trainers to cope with recent developments on science and management.
The institute is concerned in training trainers on local, pan-Arab, and international bases based on the notion of qualifying competencies that can face challenges, be they technological, technical, economic, or administrative and fast-growing knowledge. Well-equipped with the latest appliances, the institute will be able to fulfill its mission at its best. We are proud in the institute to help effect change in various fields that concern fellow engineers, officers, and professionals.
