Board of the National Center

The formation of the Board of the National Center for Training and Rehabilitation of Trainers (NCTRT) at Al-Balqa Applied University was officially approved on January 14, 2025. The Board comprises nine members, appointed by the University President upon consultation with the Deans’ Council, for a renewable two-year term.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate the general policies of the Center and approve the necessary training plans and programs for their implementation.
• Establish specialized technical committees to develop and approve the Center’s training plans and curricula.
• Approve the training programs implemented by the Center in accordance with the standards and requirements set by relevant authorities, including accreditation bodies, as well as agreements and partnerships with local and international institutions.
• Contribute to the continuous development of training programs and strengthen cooperation with relevant organizations conducting training activities.
• Define the criteria and standards for appointing trainers at the Center, considering their qualifications and professional experience
• Review and approve local and regional agreements concluded by the Center, and submit them to the University President for ratification.
• Prepare the Center’s draft annual budget as part of the University’s overall budget.
• Prepare the annual report on the Center’s activities, financial statements, and final accounts for the concluded fiscal year, and submit them to the President in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform any additional tasks related to the Center’s work as referred by the University President.
