There are several ways your organization can actively engage with us:

Sponsored Research – Whether through specific projects or comprehensive alliance agreements, BAU collaborates with the industry to advance both applied and fundamental research objectives. Our aim is to partner with Jordanian industry leaders to define and achieve goals that will have a positive impact on society, whether within or outside Jordan. Knowledge Transfer – We adopt Bloedon and Stokes' (1994, p. 44) definition of knowledge transfer as 'the process by which knowledge concerning the making or doing of useful things contained within one organized setting is brought into use within another organizational context.' Our knowledge transfer practices facilitate the integration of knowledge into another organization's context, including applied teaching and training.

Interaction with Students

Workshop Projects – Support our mission by sponsoring senior/capstone projects or providing practical materials for classes that incorporate real-world cases. Involvement with Student Clubs – Numerous BAU units engage in design, development, training projects, conferences, events, and actively seek support and guidance from experienced professionals. Company Presentations – In collaboration with BAU student clubs, we arrange on-campus Tech Talks throughout the year. Recruiting – We are committed to connecting students with opportunities where they can apply their skills and make a positive impact on society.
