Project Objectives

The project aims to reform and enhance the higher education system in Jordan and Palestine by implementing an education system based on the Bologna Process. This initiative is driven by the need to modernize and standardize the higher education system to align with international standards and best practices. By adopting the Bologna Process, the project seeks to promote academic mobility, facilitate recognition of qualifications, and enhance the quality and competitiveness of higher education in the region. This reform is crucial for meeting the evolving demands of the labor market, promoting innovation in science education, and ensuring the overall development and sustainability of the higher education sector in Jordan and Palestine.

The specific objectives of the projects are to:

·         Enhance the Quality of Science Education: Elevate the standard of science education in Palestine and Jordan by implementing Bologna Process principles to ensure a globally competitive curriculum and academic environment.

·         Boost Enrollment in Science Programs: Increase student participation and interest in science programs across Palestine and Jordan, fostering a dynamic learning environment that aligns with international standards.

·         Enhance Employability for Science Graduates: Improve the job prospects and skills of science graduates in Palestine and Jordan, aligning their qualifications with market needs and industry expectations for increased employability.

·         Facilitate Mobility and Collaboration: Foster cross-institutional collaboration and student mobility between higher educatio institutions in Palestine and Jordan and the EU higher education system, creating a network that promotes knowledge exchange and a harmonized learning experience.
