Project Deliverables (Outputs/Outcomes)

·         WP1: Management and Coordination

o   project governance and management agreement is prepared and signed by all partners (Project management manual and risk mitigation plan)

o   All related management plans and documents including monitoring, dissemination, nd risk management plans are ready, shared and approved (Management meetings reports)

o   Kick-off meeting, periodical management meetings and the closing meeting are conducted as scheduled with clear agendas and reports (Project middle-period progress report )

·         WP2: Preparation: Comprehensive Capacity Assessment and Preparation

o   Readiness assessment is conducted at the HE systems (ministries), universities, and staff levels (Readiness Assessment report)

o   Capacity building plan is developed, shared between partners and approved (Capacity building plan Document)

·         WP3: Development 1: Capacity Building and Knowledge Transfer

o   Completion of Customized Training Materials and Modules (Customized Training Materials and Modules)

o   Execution of capacity building activities including online and  in-person trainings, study visits to Program Countries, and local capacity building activities

o   Execution of self-evaluation process at partner universities to assess the gaps and prepare a remediation plan for each partner university in Palestine and Jordan (Self-Evaluation Reports and Remediation Plans)

·         WP4: Development 2: Curriculum Development

o   One science curriculum is developed and approved by each partner HEI (Finalized Curriculum Documentation)

o   Accreditation is acquired for the developed programs (Accreditation and Quality Assurance Approval )

·         WP5: Development 3: Teacher Training

o   Completion of Teacher Training Program Development (Comprehensive Teacher Training Program)

o   Successful Delivery of the firs training Sessions (Monitoring and Assessment Reports)

·         WP6: Implementation of new Bologna-based programs

o   Formation and progress of Implementation Team

o   Development of the manual for supporting Bologna Process program development and implementation (Comprehensive Bologna Process Manual)

·         WP7: Evaluation: Project Quality and Evaluation

o   Project Quality Assurance and Monitoring Plan is prepared and approved (Project Quality Assurance and Monitoring Plan document)

o   Project progress and annual quality evaluation reports are produced and shared with partners (Annual internal review and evaluation reports)

o   The external project evaluator is subcontracted and conducted the external audit (Final quality assurance and impact assessment report by the external formative evaluator)

·         WP8: Dissemination and Exploitation of the project results

o   The project dissemination team and plan are prepared and approved by the consortium (The final dissemination workshop report for the project).

o   The project website is active, and content is being published in a timely manner (The project website).

o   The final project workshop is conducted successfully (The final dissemination report).
