Dr. Naser Mohammad Abdallah Almanaseer

Dr. Naser Almanaseer is an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at Al-Balqa Applied University. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and specializes in Water and Environmental Engineering. He possesses extensive experience and advanced expertise in teaching, scientific research, academic and administrative leadership, and international collaboration. Dr. Almanaseer represents the university in various organizations and committees and is regarded as a pioneer and a driver of sustainable change and impact in his field at both the local and regional levels.
