Farah Also'ob is a lecturer at the Department of Nutrition and Food Processing at Al-Huson University College. She graduated as a first in class for both bachelor's and master's degrees. She completed her bachelor's degree in three years, which indicates proficiency and commitment. As a lecturer, she actively advises and assists students in achieving their academic goals. Her research interests are developing traditional foods into functional foods. Also, she is interested in response surface methodology and its application in food technology.
