I hold a PhD in Special Education from the University of Jordan, with a very good grade
I was appointed at Al-Balqa Applied University as an "Assistant instructor" at Princess Rahma University College, as of 10/4/1998. I also worked as a part-time lecturer at University of Jordan 2003-2005. Promoted to the rank of "instructor" category (A) starting from 18/7/2005. Then I was appointed "Head of the Department of Special Education" as of the date 4/9/2006. I worked also as a visiting professor at the College of Childhood Studies, King Abdul-Aziz University/ Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, first semester 2011/2012. And I was promoted to the rank of "Assistant Professor" category (B).
I spent the sabbatical leave at the International Islamic Sciences University for the academic year 2013/2014
I was promoted to the rank of "Associate Professor" on 2/7/2012 then to associate professor category "A" from 9/2020
I taught all special education courses at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels in several Arab and national universities. I chaired and participated although in about twenty committees for the development of bachelor's, intermediate diploma, and higher diploma programs over several years in several universities and higher institutions. Supervised and discussed many masters and doctoral dissertations.
I proudly published twenty-three research papers in several international journals which are indexed in reputable databases. I implemented about thirty local and Arab training courses in the field of special education. Moreover I got several training courses from international trainers in brain-based learning and in integrating thinking skills in the curricula
