Dr. Mais Radhi Al-Ruwaishdi holds a PhD in Architectural Engineering from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2020 with distinction, majoring in architectural design and building information modeling (BIM), and holds a master degree from the University of Jordan in 2015 with distinction and Excellence grade, and holds a bachelor?s degree in architecture from the Hashemite University in 2013 with a very good grade.
Dr. Mais specialized in architectural design and building information modeling (BIM), as the architectural design specialty is a field concerned with the design and planning of buildings and architectural structures and transforming them into reality. This major includes the study and analysis of sites and the functional and aesthetic requirements of urban projects, and the development of designs that meet these requirements.
Where the specialty of building modeling is used in architectural design to create three-dimensional models for projects using specialized computer programs. This allows architects and clients to see and evaluate the design before proceeding with the actual construction. Building modeling is an important tool in clarifying architectural concepts and communicating between teams involved in a project.
