Raya Jaradat holds a Master?s degree in Electrical Engineering from Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT), Jordan, completed in May 2021 with full sponsorship from PSUT. She earned her Bachelor?s degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Mutah University, Karak, Jordan, in June 2014. During her undergraduate studies, she was listed on the Honors List three times and graduated as the second-ranked student in her class.
Since June 2022, Raya has been serving as a Lecturer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Al-Balqa Applied University, Karak. Her academic responsibilities include developing instructional materials, mentoring students in laboratory experiments, and contributing to curriculum development. Prior to this role, she worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant at PSUT, where she supported teaching activities and contributed to research, including publishing a paper on the design methodology of a narrow-band low-noise amplifier using CMOS technology.
Raya?s industry experience includes roles as a Pre-Sales Engineer at Horizons Engineering Contracting Company and a Billing & NOC Engineer at ViaCloud. She possesses a diverse technical skill set, including programming in C and MATLAB, circuit simulation using LTSpice and Simulink, and circuit design with DipTrace, EAGLE, and Advanced Design System (ADS). She has also been active in scientific and community engagement, notably volunteering at the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS) in the USA and participating in the IMS-2019 Student Design Competition.
Currently, Raya is focused on expanding her expertise in electronic circuit and RF design, with particular interest in low-noise amplifiers and sustainable energy applications. She aspires to contribute to academic institutions by enhancing both educational quality and research in the field of electrical and electronics engineering.

My research interests span a broad range of fields, including Internet of Things (IoT) applications, RF design, artificial intelligence (AI), and electronic amplifiers. My work focuses on the design of communication systems and electronic circuits, with a strong emphasis on microcontrollers and their integration into sustainable energy solutions. I am particularly passionate about low-power amplifier design for IoT applications, given its critical role in improving the efficiency and performance of modern electronic systems. I utilize advanced simulation tools such as MATLAB and Advanced Design System (ADS) to support the development and analysis of innovative, energy-efficient solutions.
