I have more than 20 years of experience in Automotive Engineering. During that he occupied several administrative positions, including head of Mechanical Engineering Department, Assistant Dean for Training, and vice dean for academic Affairs. In addition, Abu-Ein has a comprehensive training experience such as but not limited to:
1. Training Course for Vocational Training Instructors. (Automotive Mechanical Engineering), Polytechnic University ? Japan, Toyota Corporation. From May 19/1997 to Dec. 18/1997.
2. Training course in Autotronics. Arabic Union for Technical Education in cooperation with Al- Huson college, Al-Huson, 6 ? 10 ? 03 ? 2005.
3. Training course in Automotive Technology (AUTOTRONICS). Elettronica Veneta & INEL SPA, Italy, from 26th to 29th November 2005.
4. Skills for Employability Project Workshop, Amman-Jordan, Vocational Training Corporation and British Council, 7-8/12/2009.
5. Developing Curriculum Framework (DACUM) for Electro-Mechanical Hybrid Cars Workshop, Amman-Jordan, Vocational Training Corporation and USAID, 2-4/22/2015.
6. Co-Creation Program in "Hybrid Vehicles and Electrical Vehicles Maintenance 1", conducted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency in collaboration with Nakanihon Automotive College, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, and Isuzu Motors Limited. From January 20, 2020 to January 31, 2020, Japan.
7. Training of Trainers (TOT) for Hybrid & Electric Vehicles Maintenance. Between 30 August to 17 September 2020, 80 training hours. Luminus Technical University College with corporation with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Amman-Jordan.an-Jordan.
