I gained over twenty years of diversified expertise in developing capacities at both institutional and individual levels through the leading roles at Al Balqa Applied University and other national initiatives whereby I provided training, consultation, monitoring and evaluation assignments. My academic background in Human Resources Management enables me lecturing, researching and developing, supervising and examining postgraduate studies within Human Resources Management and Business Administration at Al Balqa Applied University and 10 other local universities. Moreover, I have been appointed to lead various senior positions at BAU.
My applied research interests are diverse and aimed at developing various sectors such as educational institutions, total quality management, business excellence, grants management, HR performance, corporate performance management systems, and also provide coaching, training and mentoring consultations. I contribute to build the working knowledge of HR policies and strategies that follows the international good practices including the Green HR
Through the two decades, I contributed to developing performance management systems and KPIs for the HR, developing medical insurance policies, review the governmental legislations with respect to residency for none Jordanians, founder of the personnel housing committee and also draft policies and procedures after extensively consulting stakeholders to meet their expectations.
I possess a rich track record of motivating and supervising staff, managing performance, controlling expenditure, monitoring and evaluating and running efficient administrative systems. During my past experiences, I developed reporting systems whereby I employed my writing skills, research methodologies, data interpretation skills and outstanding oral to deliver quality outputs.
