Prof. Dr. Omar Musa Klaif Mahasneh, Professor of Curriculum and Instruction/Education and Vocational Education, Expert of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO). I have received Erasmus+ academic exchange grants at the University of Cadiz in Spain and the University of Riga Technician in Latvia. I have more than 20 years of academic and technical experience and practical interest in my field of specialization. I have administrative experience in senior administrative positions in higher education institutions, as I held the position of Acting Dean of a College at Al-Balqa Applied University, Vice Dean, Assistant Dean, and Head of Academic Department for more than 10 years. I served as a teacher in the Jordanian Ministry of Education and in the Model School affiliated with the University of Jordan. Publisher of more than 70 research papers in scientific and international peer-reviewed journals in the SCOPUS, CLARIVATE databases in my field of specialization. I have participated in more than 30 international conferences as a keynote speaker, presenter of research papers and chair of scientific sessions in various countries (Bulgaria, Malaysia, Turkey, Oman, Qatar, Egypt, Spain, Latvia, Algeria, Libya, Morocco, USA, Saudi Arabia, Thailand).

It was the beginning of my work in the Jordanian Ministry of Education and then the education unit by university at the University of Jordan as a teacher of vocational education curricula during the period (2007-2010) which includes six axes (public health and safety and first aid, engineering skills and light maintenance, agriculture and the environment, public affairs Home and public life, economy and technology, hotel and tourism) On 9/1/2010, I was appointed as a full-time lecturer in curricula and teaching at Al-Balqa Applied University / Al-Shobak University College, and I rose through the academic ranks until I got a professorship in curricula and teaching on 1/27/2022 and I am still At the helm of my work so far, I have been assigned since the academic year 2014/2015 for a period of 3 years as Assistant Dean of Al-Shobak University College for Planning, Development and Quality Affairs, and in 2017/2018 I was assigned as Deputy Dean of Al-Shobak University College and Vice-Dean for Planning, Development and Quality Affairs, and in 2018/2019 As Deputy Dean of Al-Shobak University College and Acting Dean of the College, and in the year 2019/2020, I was assigned as Head of the Department of Basic and Applied Sciences and Deputy Dean of Al-Shobak University College until now.
My teaching philosophy is consistent with the latest modern educational theories that make the student the focus of the educational process. More than 76 research papers have been published in international and Arab journals indexed in the SCOPUS database.
During my tenure as a faculty member and assigned to the position of assistant, deputy and dean of the Shobak University College for Planning, Development and Quality Affairs and as acting dean, I worked on the following:
1. Teaching specialized courses according to the latest educational theories.
2. Supervising the development of faculty members and training them personally in various fields (preparing plans, formulating course objectives and outputs, using the moodel e-learning system in teaching, modern teaching and evaluation strategies and methods, communication and communication skills, using teams and zoom in teaching, university professor ethics Involvement in global databases, writing and publishing scientific research, drafting electronic tests, designing electronic content).
3. Supervising the preparation and evaluation of course files.
4. Preparing the college's strategic and operational plans.
5. Improving curricula and study plans for the diploma, bachelor's and higher diploma levels in the college.
6. Supervising the development of descriptions, objectives and outputs of courses, curricula and study programmes.
7. Work in partnership with specialized colleges to design high-quality curricula and plans.
8. Proposing, implementing and evaluating training courses in various fields.
9. Designing and preparing feasibility studies for programs.
10. Participate in committees for developing and evaluating curricula and study plans.
11. Preparing studies, bulletins, advertisements, reports and plans for the college.
12. Save data and information about plans, reports, studies, and evaluation results of the college.
13. Supervise all activities related to the college.
