Dr. Alnjadat is PhD holder from Universiti Sains Malaysia, BRAINetwork center for Neurocognitive Science, certified as senior Specialist in advanced critical care nursing from Saudi council for healthcare specialties.
Dr. Alnjadat has long experience in quality healthcare as well as clinical education and training, was program director of post diploma critical care nursing programme as well as the director of clinical and research department at Sheikh Khalifa general Hospital.
