Dr. Al-Lahawiah, an associate professor at Karak University College, holds a doctorate in management information systems from the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences, and a master?s degree in business administration from the University of Kufa in Iraq. He also holds a bachelor?s degree in management from Mu?tah University. He has many publications in the field of management. And administrative information systems. He also participated in many conferences in many Arab and foreign countries in his field of specialization. He held many administrative positions at Karak University College, where he served as Dean of the College from 2014 until 2016. He also held the position of Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, as well as Assistant Dean for Planning and Quality. He served as head of the Department of Financial and Administrative Sciences at the college. He participated in the membership of many councils and committees, as he was a member of the College Council and a member of the Scientific Research Committee, among others. He participated in discussing many master?s and doctoral theses as an external discussant. Al-Lahawiah is a part-time lecturer at Mu?tah University, the Arab Academy, and the European University in syria.

My principal research interests lie in the fields of management, management information systems, knowledge management and E-commerce. In one of my book chapters, I proposed a theoretical framework for assessing quality of e-commerce systems in SMEs. I am currently investigating how to implement e-commerce standards in SMEs in Jordan
