OverView
Dr. Yazan Alzubi is an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at Al-Balqa Applied University, specializing in Construction Project Management. He earned his PhD in Engineering Project Management in 2016, along with a Master?s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering. His research focuses on Building Information Modeling (BIM), quality management and assurance, project performance optimization, and the integration of smart technologies in the construction industry. His academic and research work aims to bridge theory and practice to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and performance in construction projects.
