I holds a PhD in Human Resources Management in 1997, and a Master's degree in Public Administration (Human Resources Management).
Worked as Vice President of Al-Balqa Applied University for Administrative Affairs, Vice President for Investment, Dean of Student Affairs, and Dean of Princess Alia University College.
Publisher of many scientific researches in international and national peer-reviewed journals, and supervisor of many master's theses.
