Dr. Ali Odeh Al-Sawa'ir is an associate professor in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature. He teaches subjects of ancient literature and criticism, such as pre-Islamic, Islamic, Umayyad, and Abbasid literature, Arabic rhetoric, and ancient literary criticism. He holds a doctorate from the University of Jordan in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature in 2011.
