In July 2005, I obtained my doctorate with honors, ranking first in my class, and was awarded the university shield for my academic excellence from Yarmouk University, Jordan. The committee recommended publishing my doctoral thesis.
? On September 17, 2006, I was appointed at BAU Amman College
During my time at the university, I performed the following tasks:
? Teaching the following subjects: National Education, Jordanian Society, History and Civilization of Jordan, Contemporary Islamic World, Environment and Society, the Palestinian Cause, Positive Citizenship, and Life Skills. My evaluations as a teacher for these courses were never less than very good.
? I collaborated with various media institutions in Jordan to explain Jordan?s positions on contemporary international issues and to shed light on aspects of these issues to serve the Jordanian community in particular and the Arab community in general. Some of the media outlets I worked with included: Jordanian Television, Saudi Cultural Channel, ANB, Al-Sumaria,Jordanian Channel, Al-Haqiqah Channel, and Saudi News Channel. I received letters of thanks from some of them for my contributions and for the university.
? I delivered various public lectures at different cultural forums in Jordan.
? I reviewed scientific research for international conferences and peer-reviewed scientific journals, including: The Jordanian Journal of History and Archaeology, the International Conference on History and Islamic Civilization in Malaysia, Studies ? Human Sciences Journal at the University of Jordan, the Jordanian Journal of Social Sciences, Al-Khalil University Journal, Al-Bayt University, and Sultan Qaboos University.
? I participated with scientific papers in several specialized international conferences, both domestically and abroad.
? To date, I have published seven books: "US-Yemeni Relations During Imam Yahya's Reign","Studies in Contemporary Yemeni History","The Historical Roots of the Yemeni Crisis","Orientalism and Modernity"(a theoretical book supported by the Jordanian Ministry of Culture),"Studies in Cultural History?,"Studies in Contemporary Oman History", and "Graffiti on the Wall".
