Dr. Naser Almanaseer

Dr. Naser Almanaseer is an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at Al-Balqa Applied University. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and specializes in Water and Environmental Engineering. He has extensive experience and expertise in teaching, scientific research, academic and administrative leadership, and international collaboration. Dr. Almanaseer represents the university in various organizations and committees and has played a leading role in advancing sustainable initiatives and creating impact in water and environmental engineering at the local and regional levels.

Naser Almanaseer is an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at Al-Balqa Applied University in Jordan. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Water and Environmental Engineering, from North Carolina State University, USA (2011). His academic career combines extensive experience in teaching, research, academic leadership, and institutional development. Throughout his career, Almanaseer has led and implemented numerous international research and development projects and contributed to creating sustainable, long-term impact in water and environmental engineering. He has also supervised and mentored graduate students, with a strong emphasis on capacity building and empowering the next generation of engineers to develop innovative solutions to pressing water and environmental challenges at the local, regional, and global levels.
