I am currently an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence - Albalqa Applied University-Jordan. I earned my BSc and Msc from Yarmouk Unversity - Jordan and Phd from De Montfort University - Leicester- UK. I have more than 30 years? experience (15 in Universities) within lecturing a wide range of Computer Science and Information Technology and coordinating many IT and computer science courses and curriculums Coordinator and Acceleration head. I have trained numerous graduated and undergraduate students in several institutions (Al-Balqa Applied University-Jordan, University of Tabuk - KSA. Saudi Electronic University Ministry of Education - Jordan, Alalamiah Institute of Computer and Technology - KSA) and handled a number of successful tenure cases as Department Head during the period 9/2012 - 8/2016 and 2019-2021.
In addition, I am very interested in emerging technologies such as object-oriented systems, agents, and adaptive systems. I have many publications and I have successfully supervised many MSc projects. I have examined many PhD and MSc thesis as internal and external examiner. I am participating as a member in editorial board with a wide national and international journals and conferences. Furthermore, I am participating as a member and a chair of several committees such as, Committee of Accreditations, Curriculum committee, IT Department Strategic Planning Committee, Courses Equivalent Committee and Development and Quality Committee.
