I have been appointed at Al-Balqa Applied University since the academic year 2009-2010 in the Amman University College of Financial and Administrative Sciences - Department of Business Administration until now. During these periods, I was assigned as a head three times in the academic year 2011-2012 and the years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018. During my work at the university, I taught the specialized subjects in all academic programs in the Department of Business Administration, Master's, Bachelor's and Diploma. I have also published twenty scientific research papers in refereed and specialized journals in business administration and classified internationally. I have also supervised more than 25 master's theses during my work and participated in many committees at the department, college and university levels.
