1- Graduate of Al-Salt Secondary Schools for the secondary stage 1985.
2- Bachelor of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Mu'tah University for the year 1988/1989.
3- Diploma in Military Sciences, Mu'tah University 1988/1989.
4- Master's in Planning: Planning Specialization - Regional Planning - Al-Balqa Applied University with honors with distinction 2005.
5- Doctorate in Business Administration with distinction with honors.
6- The subject of the master's thesis was the impact of information technology - hardware, software, networks, management information systems (MIS) and geographic information systems in developing the efficiency of regional planning and project management, where the researcher studied the relationship between these systems and their impact on developing the administrative process in general and the planning process in particular.

7- The subject of his doctoral thesis was "Requirements for building a model for group decision support systems to improve the effectiveness of strategic decisions in telecommunications companies."

The doctoral thesis of the author of the biography won as one of the best 5 doctoral theses in the Arab world within the Sharjah Award of the Arab Organization for Development.

? Project planning and management in terms of the administrative approach

Economic and strategic planning for the Kingdom through planning the industrial sector for the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the years (2002-2022) and at the level of the development regions of the north, center and south.
