Currently, I serve as Dean of Oman University College for Financial and Administrative Sciences, in addition to my role as a Professor of Public Administration and Human Resources Management at Oman University College ? Al-Balqa Applied University. In these positions, I actively contribute to the development of higher education and scientific research.
