I am Hussam Mahmoud Jameel Abu Hammour, a Professor of Business Administration in the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Business, Al-Balqa Applied University. I hold a PhD from the Arab University of Amman in Jordan, an MBA from the Arab Academy for Administrative and Financial Sciences, and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Amman Al-Ahliyya University.
I have served as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business, Head of the Business Administration Department, and Assistant Dean for Planning, Development, and Quality Affairs. I also worked as Director of the Career Development Center for the Central Region Colleges at Al-Balqa Applied University, and I currently serve as President of the Digital Entrepreneurship Association.
I am the holder of a patent titled (Leadership Quality Analyzing Device in Employees, Office of The Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade), I have published numerous scientific research papers in national and international journals, and I have supervised and examined several master?s and doctoral theses.
