Dana Zaher Mohammad Khrais is a full-time lecturer in the Department of Nutrition and Food Processing at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Al-Balqa Applied University, and serves as the Deputy Director of the International Research Center for Water, Environment, and Energy. She holds a Master?s degree in Food Science and Technology and has academic and research experience in nutrition, food technology, and quality assurance, with a strong interest in scientific research and community service.
