I joined Al-Balqa University/Aqaba University College on 2/10/2002 as a lecturer in the Department of Financial and Administrative Sciences. On 5/15/2002, I was assigned as Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, then Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Deputy Dean until 2/1/2011, when I was assigned as Dean of the College. During the assignment period, I was able the achievement of the permanent site of the college and the creation of several qualitative specializations at the level of all national universities, including maritime transport technology and marine engineering, and the creation of the Aqaba Center for Maritime Education and Training in 2014, and I was honored to manage it in addition to the Dean of the College until 6/16/2021.
