Mrs. Ghayda Hamed Abad Alkhotoba

I am Registered Nurse Ghaida?a Hamed Al-Khotoba, born on September 29, 1997, in Al-Karak, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. I hold a Bachelor?s degree in Nursing from Mutah University (2019) and a Master?s degree in Pediatric Health Nursing from the same university (2021). I have four years of practical experience in the field of clinical nursing, working from 2019 to 2023 in several hospitals and healthcare centers across Jordan. During this period, I was responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care in both the Pediatric Department and the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This experience has enhanced my clinical skills in managing critical and complex cases, applying the latest internationally approved care protocols, and strengthening my ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families while maintaining a professional relationship built on trust and respect. In my practice, I am highly committed to quality and safety standards and the application of evidence-based nursing principles. I possess strong skills in health assessment, developing individualized care plans, and performing precise medical procedures, in addition to training and supervising new nursing students during their clinical rotations. I have obtained several professional training and certification courses, including: Basic and Advanced Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BLS & ACLS) Critical Care Nursing Pediatric Health Nursing and Child Growth & Development Communication Skills and Humanized Care in Healthcare Settings I am continuously striving to enhance my academic and professional competencies and to participate in research and health initiatives aimed at improving the quality of nursing services within hospitals and the community. Furthermore, I aspire to pursue a career in academia and research, contributing to the advancement of nursing education and preparing highly qualified nursing professionals capable of keeping pace with modern medical and scientific progress.

I am Registered Nurse Ghaida?a Hamed Al-Khotoba, born on September 29, 1997, in Al-Karak, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. I hold a Bachelor?s degree in Nursing (2019) and a Master?s degree in Pediatric Health Nursing (2021) from Mutah University.
I have four years of practical experience in the field of clinical nursing within hospitals and healthcare centers, where I worked in the Pediatric Department and the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Through this experience, I developed advanced professional skills in managing critical and complex cases and providing comprehensive, safe, and evidence-based nursing care in alignment with international quality and safety standards.
I possess strong abilities in effective communication with patients and their families, providing psychological support and health education, particularly in areas related to child health, proper growth and development, chronic diseases, and cancer prevention. I firmly believe that health education is the cornerstone of improving quality of life and reducing disease complications. Therefore, I strive to deliver clear and accessible health information that empowers individuals to make informed health decisions and adopt healthy behaviors.
In addition to my clinical work, I actively organize and participate in health education workshops and awareness activities in kindergartens, nurseries, and schools, aiming to instill healthy habits and preventive awareness among children, parents, and teachers. These initiatives address a variety of topics such as personal hygiene, healthy nutrition, oral and dental care, physical activity, infection prevention, and mental health in children, as well as awareness sessions on cancer prevention and the importance of early detection.
Through these community engagements, I have enhanced my health communication and public outreach skills, contributing to creating more health-conscious educational and social environments.
I also participate in national and community health initiatives that promote public health awareness and preventive behaviors. My professional goal is to contribute to developing community health education programs and improving preventive care services within healthcare institutions.
Moreover, I am committed to continuous academic and professional development, with a strong aspiration to contribute to nursing education and scientific research, particularly in the fields of pediatric health, health promotion, and the empowerment of nursing professionals to deliver compassionate, evidence-based, and high-quality patient care.
