I have worked at Al-Balqa Applied University since its establishment, with the primary goal of advancing the teaching and learning process within the classroom. My focus has been on guiding students and assisting them in solving educational problems scientifically and purposefully, raising their awareness of utilizing the scientific method to investigate facts, derive conclusions, and make recommendations.
This has been achieved through developing both preventive and remedial training programs that cater to diverse groups of students, from early childhood education to schools and universities. Additionally, I have engaged with those who interact with students, including administrators and academics, to refine their educational approaches through training courses aimed at enhancing the educational process.
Moreover, I have contributed to the community by offering my expertise in evaluating manuscripts for ministries and reviewing educational programs. As a purposeful educational psychologist, I have worked to assist students in overcoming any obstacles they may encounter during their studies.
In this journey, I have also paid special attention to talented students and those with learning difficulties by creating specialized programs through research, studies, and active collaboration with them.
