My research interests focus on corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, where I examine how these areas impact the sustainability and performance of companies in the long run. In corporate governance, I investigate organizational and managerial structures that ensure transparent and fair decision-making, while balancing the interests of shareholders, employees, and customers. I also explore how internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations can promote ethical business practices. In corporate social responsibility, I focus on how companies engage with societal and environmental issues and explore how adopting sustainable practices can improve social and economic conditions in local communities. My goal is to study the relationship between implementing corporate governance principles and social responsibility to achieve a balance between profitability and positive societal impact.
